Nearly 200 NCAA administrators, coaches & student athletes surveyed or interviewed in 2020, the goal is 2000 participants.

Robust data has been collected on organizational wellness, barriers to DE&I and reactions to the recent surge in interest in DE&I in college athletics. Administrators now realize that inclusion is the key element to a sustainable DE&I plan.

    What is next?

Systemic Racism Awareness Based Training (SRABT) & Inclusion Coaching for Conferences, Athletic Departments, Sports Organizations & Teams

My early research shows a converse relationship between stress and self-awareness (as it relates to racism) after SRABT & Inclusion Coaching. Stress levels were reported to have decreased by nearly 20%. Also, there was a 17% increase in those who are “very interested” in learning more race relations. The increase is 37% to 54%. When head coaches were asked if their team would benefit from inclusion coaching, 94% said yes.
