Sharp Executive Coach
“This best in class education model provides critical impact for people, teams and organizations creating inclusive cultures. This process is not additional work, it is intentional work. This necessary work happens at the genus of organizations where teams shape the experience of those around them.”

"Inclusion Coaching is helping leaders go deeper within themselves to challenge bias and lead inclusively. Sandy's research, The Impact of Inclusion Coaching and Systemic Racism Awareness Based Education on the Sustainability of DE&I Planning in College Athletics focuses on a very important opportunity to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion in college athletics. I'm looking forward to joining the upcoming Genus Impact seminar series designed to help leaders co-create equitable and inclusive spaces, while developing sustainable DE&I plans."

"Sandy Sharp has been a remarkable partner in our efforts to prioritize and improve diversity, equity and inclusion within Lafayette Athletics. She has an innate ability to connect and her skillset has proven to be effective in generating extraordinary conversations among our staff and student-athletes. More than anything, she has a passion and energy that is contagious. And she uses her approach to bring everyone together while also providing a safe space for learning and growth. As the Director of Athletics, I have benefited from her counsel, perspective and feedback and I believe Lafayette College is better for the work she has done with our department."

"Sandy is one of the more special people I have had the pleasure of meeting in the coaching profession. I am forever indebted to her for the work she did with our team in helping us lay a foundation of inclusivity, respect, and a blueprint to activate and create change. The commitment to the lifestyle of a Lafayette Lacrosse player now looks and feels different in large part due to Sandy Sharp and her transformational efforts with our men. I hope she will remain a part of our program moving forward as we continue to fight for social justice, and I know our team is forever grateful for her remarkable leadership in this space."
